FLINT BACCHUS 2019: This wine has a typical Bacchus freshness and vibrant acidity but what is distinctive is the layered aromatics and flavours which make this a wine to sip and explore as well as seek another glass.  The complex range of flavours and citrus nature make this a wine suitable for lighter dishes with an array of spices and flavours.

OXNEY ORGANIC ROSÉ 2019: Oxney consistently produce exceptional wines. Their still rosé, made with 100% Pinot Noir, continues this tradition, fresh and vibrant, it brings joy in a glass. Full of red berries this is a great wine which will not only bring a smile but also help the environment too!

BIDDENDEN GAMAY 2018: This wine delivers loads of flavours red cherry bonbon, blackcurrant and a tutti-fruity character. The wine is till young and will, undoubtedly fill out but I think many drinkers will drink this wine in in abundantly juicy youth. It works on its own, especially in the warmth of an early spring evening or with a platter of cheeses and cold meats. For those who enjoy a lightly spice curry this would work a treat!

AMBRIEL REDFOLD SPARKLING ROSÉ 2014: The Ambriel Rosé has a depth and succulence with a firm core of acidity which nicely balances the nuanced red berry fruit and spice of the Pinot Noir. This is a serious wine, a sipping glass of bubbles, and one that will partner with foods very well. The depth and structure will allow this to go with tuna, chicken, and salmon dishes. It can also work with cheeses.

FOX AND FOX BLANC DE GRIS 2014: This wine really delivers plenty of character and style. It proves that, in the right hands, Pinot Gris can produce great wine. It delivers an intensity of aromatics with cream, fresh pastry. Roasted nuts and cooked apple, with some fresh pear too. The palate mirrors the depth of flavour and adds yellow plum, white peach, butterscotch and more. Whilst rich, the wine has a cut of acidity to bring balance and freshness to the umami richness. There is a fine gentle mousse throughout and a long finish. This is high quality wine indeed, one of the best. Wine this flavourful can be sipped on its own but will partner a rich dish such as chicken with morels or truffle.

WOODCHURCH CLASSIC CUVÉE 2015: The Woodchurch Classic Cuvée is a blend of 74% Chardonnay, 15% Pinot Noir and 11% Pinot Meunier and shows the Chardonnay dominance in the crisp core of lemon freshness and touch of white peach in the fruit profile. The wine has a crem pat. nose with apple notes and a hit of umami richness. All in all this a beautiful wine which is really starting to blossom. It is a super aperitif but will also partner seafood, mixed salads and white meats, see how it compliments the dish and freshens the palate.
