Rose gold in colour with floral and red berry aromas, the wine is full of fruit flavours including strawberry, peach, and melon combined with tangy citrus notes. It is a blend of Pinot Meunier (33%) and Pinot Noir (47%) and Chardonnay (27%)

The Woodchurch vineyard is exactly the type of hard to find vineyard that Corkk delights in discovering. It is a family business, run by Donna and Graham since 2009. Overlooking the Romney Marsh in Kent. The vineyard has the perfect geography and climate to produce the highest quality grapes and the finest English sparkling wine. Their vision is to create the world’s finest sparkling wines. Every step of the vine growing and wine making process is approached with a meticulous attention to detail. Throughout the year the vines are managed by hand and treated with great care which in turn means the fruit harvested is of the highest quality. What a fabulous approach.
